Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related roles in the healthcare technology industry • Strong experience with healthcare data • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and database technologies • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R or similar • Strong understanding of modern data stacks, architectures, and tooling • Knowledge of data governance, coding standards, testing, and code review best practices • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing technologies such as dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Mode • Preferred but not required: • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques • Experience with data governance, compliance, and security practices
