Description

• Establish a strategic advisor relationship with key customer accounts • Act as a central point of collaboration with all responsible resources to deliver and meet contractual commitments • Drive customer value realization by establishing the Customer’s KPIs • Maximize net revenue retention and minimize churn • Ensure a strong working knowledge of the Product Roadmap • Collect and track customer service deliverables • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution • Partner cross functionally to drive updated procedures, processes, and reporting in support of our Customers • Remain involved during Services projects for new or existing customers

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success Management and/or Professional Services in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience working in enterprise software ecosystem • Proven track record of high customer renewal rates and maximization of NPS scores • Excellent communication, presentation and highly refined interpersonal skills • Driven to make customers successful, regardless of challenges or obstacles • Skilled at helping customers adopt best practices and standardization • Strong prioritization and collaboration skills • Understands business processes and the interaction with IT systems • Procure-to-Pay business process experience • High energy; thrives in complex, challenging and sometimes stressful situations • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or Computer Science and/or related field • Ideally have a working knowledge of SalesForce, Gainsight and other customer facing business systems
