Requirements

β€’ Hard working, detail oriented, highly driven individual. β€’ Highly proficient with Salesforce CRM Platform. β€’ Experience with Vonage Phone System. β€’ Proficient with Google Sheets. β€’ Experience with Time Doctor for tracking hours. β€’ Knowledge or passion for health and wellness is essential. β€’ Experience in sales training is advantageous. β€’ Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding training. β€’ 10+ years of Call Center Leadership experience required. β€’ Must provide 3 references from team of 30+. β€’ Stable internet connection required (20,000 Octane Speed). β€’ Fast and reliable computer with mic, camera, and headset. β€’ Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.
