Description

• TripleTen empowers individuals to master tech professions through accessible bootcamps. • Seeking Head of Growth to build rapidly growing business in Brazil. • Create and implement growth strategies to increase user base and revenue. • Lead marketing and analytics teams, set goals, monitor KPIs, and coach members. • Optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience for retention. • Oversee marketing campaigns, partnerships, and improve CAC and LTV.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Growth Lead, Head of Growth, or similar role in EdTech, SaaS, or other tech companies; startup experience is a plus. • Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and growth hacking methods, with experience across both paid and organic acquisition channels. • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve results, with proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.). • Proven ability to build hypotheses and run A/B tests to identify effective approaches and strategies. • Strong team organization and motivational skills, with experience in leadership and mentorship. • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders. • Willingness to take ownership, act quickly, and adapt to changes in a startup environment.
