Description

• Working as part of multiple scrum teams to ensure high-quality software solutions meet customer expectations. • Responsible for managing several product lifecycles and aligning product development activities with business strategy. • Liaising with stakeholders to identify customer problems and needs, translating requirements into outcome-based stories. • Building and maintaining product visions, backlogs, and ensuring visibility to stakeholders. • Conducting cost/benefit analysis for product development resources.

Requirements

• Business domain knowledge in Education or Payment/Financial Services would be highly advantageous. • Knowledge of some of the following concepts: Agile, Lean, Design Thinking. • Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes. • Results orientated with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business in person, by phone and on email, including proven experience interacting directly with end users. • Experience of writing user stories. • Experience of building product roadmaps. • Experience of release planning.
