Description
• Join Twilio as a Co-Sell Partner Program Manager! • Lead and scale critical aspects of partner program for SIs, ISVs, and Technology partners. • Focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing partner-focused initiatives. • Enhance partner ecosystem by enabling strategic collaboration and program delivery. • Act as the primary contact for partner-related initiatives across teams. • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure partner programs' success.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in program management with a partner/channel focus, or related roles. • Proven track record of managing co-sell, lead passing, and/or resell programs. • Hands-on experience with Crossbeam or similar partner collaboration tools is highly preferred. • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus. • Experience supporting or scaling resell program frameworks. • Proven ability to manage and scale programs for global partner ecosystems. • Familiarity with Impartner, SFDC & Crossbeam.
