Description

• This position is needed to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives. • Responsible for planning, execution, and evaluation of DEI initiatives to create an environment of inclusion at Twilio. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to implement impactful programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in DEI, program management, or related roles. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Deep knowledge and expertise in DEI principles, best practices, and legal requirements. • Proven track record in leading and managing complex DEI programs and initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and build consensus across diverse teams. • Experience working independently and as part of a team. Will take the initiative to drive projects forward even under ambiguous circumstances. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field , Advanced degree preferred • Familiarity with large scale global solutions • Collaborative mindset, with experience working effectively in a matrixed organization. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
