• Responsible for leading by example, building high impact products with hands-on execution. • Drive the product vision, roadmap and create scalable and innovative solutions. • Craft Twilio Segment’s product strategy with regards to changing global data compliance & privacy landscapes. • Own existing GDPR-user-deletion functionality and end to end data management efforts. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the product development cycle to align, build and deliver the right privacy & compliance primitives. • Drive the strategic direction and coordinate efforts around new opportunities for the platform. • Unlock key privacy and compliance-sensitive products and features to drive monetization opportunities for large enterprise customers. • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and ensure Twilio’s products remain competitive. • Engage with key customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• 8+ years of product management and/or experience managing complex technical products preferably in the data compliance and governance space. • Understanding and curiosity around the evolving customer data landscape and various regulations and technologies • Experience brainstorming vague ideas and turning them into concrete specs working with engineering and design teams • Excellent written and communication skills • Good at dealing with ambiguity and clearly synthesizing actionable next steps
