About the Role A client is seeking a skilled mid-level 3D Animator to create an engaging animation video that showcases the construction process of a building. Using our existing building renders, the animator will bring the construction stages to life, including the progression of walls, roofing, and other key elements. This video will serve as a dynamic visualization of the project’s development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction animation and be proficient in tools like Lumion or similar software to deliver a high-quality and realistic animation. This is a remote, single-project opportunity, with immediate hiring and the potential for future collaborations based on project success.
Requirements
Proven experience in 3D animation, particularly with construction or architectural projects. Proficiency in Lumion or comparable animation software. Ability to transform static building renders into dynamic, realistic animations. Strong understanding of construction processes to accurately depict building stages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Availability to start immediately and deliver the project within agreed timelines. Flexibility for potential follow-up work based on project outcome.
