⢠Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms ⢠Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously ⢠Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles ⢠Send outreach messages ⢠Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration ⢠Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements ⢠Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM ⢠Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
⢠Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase ⢠Must understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C businesses ⢠Knows how to analyze profiles beyond surface level ⢠Strong written communication skills (English) ⢠Ability to identify and engage passive talent ⢠Basic understanding of the hiring process ⢠Organized and detail-oriented ⢠Required to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone ⢠Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment ⢠Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) ⢠Understanding of Boolean search techniques
