Description

β€’ Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to develop enablement programs. β€’ Drive training and onboarding initiatives to improve sales productivity. β€’ Manage governance meetings and collaborate with stakeholders. β€’ Design self-paced learning programs and tools to track performance. β€’ Evaluate and track effectiveness of enablement programs for insights.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years Sales Enablement experience in a rapidly scaling global SaaS company β€’ Proficiency in managing LMS platforms (e.g., Highspot) for content hosting and training and certification. β€’ Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and tool integrations. β€’ Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 360, with the ability to create and share training materials, reports, and presentations. β€’ Ability to create and edit video and audio content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia. β€’ Familiarity with the operationalization of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC β€’ Strong project management skills with experience in tools like Jira. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. β€’ Experience in instructional design and content development for sales training.
