Description

•The IRA Operations Associate is an integral part of our support team and reports directly to the Vice President of IRA Operations. •Responsible for supporting the operations of Unchained’s IRA onboarding, guiding clients through setting up accounts, processing order forms, educating about multisig and collaborative custody. •Point of contact for clients through onboarding, supporting trading operations, client orders, ensuring tasks are completed, and pinpointing bottlenecks. •Support coordinating IRA operations flow, working with clients to ensure paperwork is completed and processed accurately. •Directly support client questions related to the IRA product across channels such as phone and email. •Outreach to clients stuck in the process. •Support multiple systems to ensure timely client transition.

Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a client facing role •2+ years of experience in retirement account administration, financial services, or a related field •Detail-oriented and ability to multitask •Client services and/or operations experience •Understanding of the economic implications of bitcoin •Interest in private keys and the technology behind bitcoin •Even Better: •Unchained Capital client understanding collaborative custody •Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management abilities •Experience working across cross-functional teams and time zones •Technical background •Understanding of bitcoin wallets and multisig •Experience in the Bitcoin space
