• The opportunity • Unity's Industry team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a critical role in helping our customers solve complex customer problems in automotive, energy, and other industrial sectors. • You will oversee and coordinate work with internal teams and strategic outsourced partners to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. • The Project Manager will need to facilitate communication and ensure that visions are aligned across different disciplines, from design to engineering. • If you're customer-focused, and excited by the prospect of orchestrating complex product pipelines with teams spanning the continent, this is the job for you. • We are committed to maintaining a diverse team, and welcome applicants with diverse experiences and backgrounds. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring all project expectations and goals are well-understood • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives and deliverables. • Drive quality standards such that all projects meet or exceed client expectations. • Ability to streamline processes in global functions and develop larger programmatic approaches.

Requirements

• Project management experience working with industrial clients • Strong familiarity with overseeing large software engineering teams and projects, from start-to-finish • Grounded understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
