Requirements

• Working experience for payment or fintech company in the role of TAM/recruiter is required • Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across the USA and LATAM market is strongly preferred • Executive Search experience preferred • Proven experience and successful execution for senior sales — related recruitment projects • Strong oral and written communication skills in English • Spanish or Portuguese language will be considered as advantage • Excellent attention to details • Out-of-box mindset and proactivity • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
