β€’ About the role β€’ The Customer Experience team plays an irreplaceable role in our success as a company, representing our customer internally. β€’ As a small team growing at a fast pace, we’re at an exciting stage. β€’ Looking for freelance/part-time Customer Support/Service Specialists to join us. β€’ You’ll work on all customer service tasks and initiatives for students, parents, teachers and schools. β€’ Supporting a wider team of 50 tutors to deliver the best possible learning experience. β€’ The goal is to provide a life-changing impact on the educational achievements of our students. β€’ This role offers excellent foundation for rapid career growth, paving the way for future roles. β€’ You care about our mission of effective education and having a tangible impact. β€’ This fully remote, freelance role allows you to manage your hours flexibly.

Requirements

β€’ Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken β€’ Strong empathy and active listening skills β€’ Comfortable managing escalations and high-pressure scenarios β€’ Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities β€’ Ability to learn and master customer-facing tools and systems β€’ Exceptional organisational and time management skills β€’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges β€’ Team player with a collaborative mindset β€’ Preferred but not essential: Experience in customer-facing, technical support, education, or operations roles, or exposure to scaling companies during periods of growth.
