Description

β€’ The Project Coordinator (PC), Practice Transformation, provides administrative and coordination support to our Practice Transformation teams. β€’ The PC serves on a team dedicated to providing technical assistance to our external healthcare organization (HCO) partners and reports to the Senior Director of Practice Transformation or other supervisors, as assigned. β€’ The PC is responsible for overall coordination and organization for the team, and for individual HCO engagements within their team. β€’ This includes meeting scheduling and HCO-training logistics, minute taking for critical HCO-facing meetings, logging of data into Salesforce, and managing the distribution of materials to our HCO partners

Requirements

β€’ 1-2+ years of experience coordinating events, meetings, and/or program activities/projects. Healthcare experience is a plus β€’ Demonstrated ability to support across multiple projects and supervisors with competing priorities β€’ Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and quick learner of new software/programs β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work independently and collaborate with timely coordination with other team members β€’ Demonstrates effective multitasking, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail to complete competing priorities in timely manner β€’ Service-orientation/mindset β€’ Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize workload and be able to foster and maintain relationships with team members, leadership and external HCO stakeholders; β€’ Possesses highly collaborative approach β€’ Valid driver's license required
