Description

• Review funder requirements and draft, negotiate, and execute subagreements. • Provide guidance on terms and conditions of executed subagreements. • Perform due diligence reviews of potential subawardees and maintain auditable files. • Review RFPs/RFAs and advise on best practices for regranting programs. • Manage subagreement requests using Salesforce; assist in developing performance metrics. • Assist in developing templates and compliance tools; represent the subaward office at meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in grants/contracts management or an equivalent combination. • Experience with relevant regulations and knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and the FAR. • Working knowledge of common award instruments, including cost reimbursement and fixed price. • Proven negotiation skills and ability to apply creative problem solving. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills. • Strong skills with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with JAMISPrime and Salesforce a plus.
