• Overseeing administrative activities for client in SuccessFactors; • Creating items, classes, alternate job classifications, curricula, making assignments, retiring items, processing item credit, • Supporting client with questions about LMS, helping manage group inbox, • Participating in process improvement initiatives, assisting with development and maintenance of departmental job aids, • Attending and participating in team meetings, providing reporting and analysis on standard operating procedures and other training related efforts.
• Minimum 2 years SuccessFactors LMS experience • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service type role • High School diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree preferred
• Excellent customer service skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to stay organized while working in multiple systems
