Description

• The Senior Epic Analyst II is responsible for configuring, managing and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for healthcare clients. • This role works support and maintenance tickets, performs routine build, participates in on-call rotation and works on special projects (including Epic Upgrades) as needed by the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting required • Proficiency in healthcare policies, procedures and information systems required • Epic, ITIL, PMP certifications preferred
