• The Director of Global Security Technology and Systems will be responsible for owning all aspects of security technology and systems ranging from CCTV, card access, alarm systems, physical security controls, overall best practices in physical security, and data analytics related to intelligence, fraud and investigations across Varsity Brands. • This position will oversee and manage proactive and integrated security and safety efforts across the company, its events, competitions, offices and facilities from a technical prospective. • Design and implement physical security standards as they relate to events and competitions, camps, building construction, cameras, video management, access control and intrusion alarms. • Implement and support the installations of security devices at all Varsity Brands locations and retrofit improvements at existing locations (incl. programming, mapping, and device provisioning). • Collaborate with other Varsity Brands team members and create action plans to improve visibility and protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent in an area of study relevant to this position OR 10 years of experience of increasing responsibility related to security technology required • Proficiency with physical security design, development, and implementation required • Strong experience access control devices • Technical knowledge of computer hardware and networking preferred • Must be able to work/stand/walk in a variety of weather, temperature, terrain and noise conditions for shifts up to 10 hours • Schedule flexibility required - working hours and travel vary across multiple shifts as the needs of the business change and in response to emergencies and system maintenance
