Description
•We are looking to hire an experienced HR Specialist for employee and client support. •Manage HR lifecycle, client queries, and ensure compliance with employment laws. •Based remotely in Belgium and reporting to HRx Manager for Western Europe. •Drive employee and client satisfaction through effective HR management.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience •3+ years of regional Human Resources experience required •Business proficiency in the English language and Dutch/French (Native or C2) required •Conflict handling and resolution skills •Advanced knowledge of employment law •Interest in international business and contributing at a consistently high-level
