• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience • Accounting qualification or equivalent • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE qualified • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures • Experience working in and producing group consolidated accounts with international subsidiaries • Demonstrable experience in corporate finance and fundraising, working with investors, and managing due diligence processes • Track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies to drive growth • Experience with creating financial statements • Experience working within a regulated entity (or similar) and the associated reporting requirements • Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
