Description

• Champion the creation of user-friendly digital products • Drive innovation and support organizational growth • Lead scrum teams and contribute to the success of the digital product portfolio • Collaborate with product team, UX design, and engineering • Research market opportunities and trends • Develop understanding of user behaviors and product usage • Define, track, and monitor KPIs for digital products • Oversee the product development lifecycle • Conduct market research and analyze competitors • Manage product roadmaps aligned to vision and goals • Analyze user data to support decision-making • Partner with UX/UI design to implement user-friendly designs • Support oversight of third-party vendors and maintain stakeholder partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an industry-relevant field: Computer Science, Business Administration, Education, etc. • 5+ years of experience in product management and launching impactful products to market. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading SCRUM/Agile development teams • Experience working with UX designers. • Experience working in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and visualization tools (i.e. Figma, Miro, Lucid). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively adjusting appropriately to the audience • Willingness and ability to travel to the Boston office 4-8 times a year without restriction.
