Description

• Lead a team of UX designers and shaping the strategic direction and success of our digital user experience • Collaborate with senior leaders to execute the product vision and strategy • Identify market opportunities and trends to enhance the user experience • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior, identifying opportunities for design improvements • Create visuals and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate complex concepts • Maintain a high bar for quality around all products designed by the team • Drive creative processes and collaboration with cross-functional partners • Coordinate and lead customer interviews, user research, and usability testing • Develop fluency in the underlying architecture and technologies of the product platform • Manage, mentor and build a talented and diverse team of UX/UI Designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a similar relevant field • 7+ years of experience in UX Design with a track record of successfully launching impactful user interfaces to market • 3+ years of experience directly managing cross-functional product, visual, or content design teams • A portfolio that showcases strong skills in user experience, service, interactions and product design • Experience delivering mid-to-large-scale strategic design initiatives including scalable systems and patterns • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively adjusting appropriately to the audience • Understanding of market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape in digital products
