Description

• The Business Development Consultant will work closely with Business Development Director/Sales leadership. • Responsible for coordination of prospecting efforts to intermediaries and other customers. • Assist in analysis to increase high propensity prospects and coordinate prospecting efforts. • The goal of this position is to increase engagement with new and dormant prospects to achieve sales metrics. • Collaborate with internal business partners on data integration and develop streamlined strategies.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years related experience • FINRA Series 6, 63 • Strong retirement industry knowledge and competitive insights/ advisor trends in the marketplace. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Creative, strategic and process driven • Highly organized • Able to work independently • Sales experience and strong negotiation skills • Excellent presentation skills
