• As an Onboarding Coordinator, oversee administrative tasks for property onboarding onto the platform. • Coordinate consultation calls and maintain communication with property owners for updates. • Collect property information and manage timelines for successful onboarding. • Work with the Concierge Team to ensure accurate scheduling for properties. • Provide comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management, property management, or related administrative roles. • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Google suite • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
