Description

• Proactively map talent landscapes and addressable markets to identify current and future leadership needs. • Analyze and track macro market changes, competitor organizations, and trends to better position recruiting strategies. • Own top of funnel candidate pipelines. • Play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our executive recruitment strategy. • Serve as a brand ambassador for Waymo. • Craft comprehensive written evaluations of potential candidates for Hiring Leader assessment. • Serve as a valued thought partner to Executive Hiring Leaders. • Foster relationships with underrepresented candidates through personalized outreach and communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years executive sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment. • Experience in executive-level recruiting research, with a strong track record of sourcing senior executives. • Expertise in executive search methodologies, market intelligence, and sourcing techniques. • Proficiency in using tools and techniques for talent identification. • Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with and influence senior-level candidates and stakeholders. • Executive-facing presentation and communication skills. • Experience developing creative and proactive approaches to solving ambiguous problems. • Utilized advanced sourcing methods, including deep web searches, industry events, and executive networks, to identify and engage with senior-level candidates in the past. • Experience analyzing and reporting on key metrics related to executive candidate pipelines and sourcing effectiveness.
