Description

• Drive hiring outcomes for a single or multiple talent ecosystems to meet hiring demand. • Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders on talent and sourcing needs. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments to determine fit. • Collaborate with recruiting partners and hiring managers to co-create hiring strategy. • Utilize data and metrics to track progress and improve sourcing effectiveness. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process. • Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment. • Deep understanding of the Machine Learning/AI domain and related talent pools. • Proven track record of success in sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates. • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques. • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Data-driven and results-oriented. • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred. • Prior experience with GEM CRM preferred.
