Description

β€’ Responsible for engaging interest from prospects by making outbound calls from opportunities generated by our outside sales team. β€’ Responsible for setting qualified appointments with decision makers. β€’ Interact by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives. β€’ Participate in ongoing sales training. β€’ Utilize Salesforce, documenting calls, adding documents and processing accounts all electronically through the Salesforce environment. β€’ Collaborating with the Field Team to ensure appointments are successful and prospects have a clear understanding of the purpose of the meeting from the field. β€’ Meet established monthly sales quota of qualified appointments. β€’ Required to work an established schedule within normal business hours.

Requirements

β€’ Must be able to answer questions from prospect/customer pertaining to products/services β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (great writer, speaker, and listener) β€’ Interpersonal and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to prioritize and utilize existing time management skills β€’ MS Excel, G Suite β€’ Customer Service Skills β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Phone skills β€’ Working on a team environment β€’ Problem solving β€’ Sales Skills β€’ Salesforce.com
