• Develops instructional materials aligned with identified learning objectives • Provides effective, relevant, and engaging one-to-many virtual events • Continually develops knowledge, skills, and expertise through active participation • Provides proactive, relevant, timely, and effective one-to-one virtual instruction • Facilitates student communities to support peer collaboration • Student-centered and provides effective one-to-one virtual coaching • Adapts instructional and coaching practices to common and typical student needs • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's, Doctorate, or terminal degree in a specific content area • Education must be from an accredited institution • 3 years’ experience providing student support and instruction and/or assessment evaluation • 1-2 years of Data Analytics experience • SME in Data Management Foundations • 1-2 years of SQL experience • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse learner profiles • Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends) • Preferred Qualifications: Terminal degree and all applicable domain-specific licenses or certifications • Strong experience with distance education and distance learning students
