• Mantle is building the largest sustainable hub for financial and consumer on-chain applications. • The Global Brand Director will own the development, evolution, and enforcement of a cohesive brand strategy. • Set the tone for how Mantle is perceived globally by designing campaigns and developing guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inspire and engage global audiences. • Work closely with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with long-term goals.
• 8+ years in brand management roles within leading FinTech, tech, or consumer-facing companies, preferably with experience at public (IPO) companies or global premium brands. • Proven track record of building and evolving a brand across multiple business units or geographies. • Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact. • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and craft strategies that align branding with business goals. • Creative Leadership: Strong ability to generate unique, high-impact ideas and translate them into compelling narratives and campaigns. • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level executives. • Execution Excellence: Attention to detail with an ability to enforce brand consistency across touchpoints. • Familiarity with emerging trends in Web3, blockchain, and technology branding would be a plus. • Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and how they impact branding strategies.
