Description

• Join our team as an MS BI Developer, driving BI solutions and managing a robust data environment. • Collaborate with teams to design integrated solutions supporting reporting and analytics. • Transform data landscape and drive efficiency through hands-on expertise in BI and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and work experience. • Database Technologies: At least 7 years of experience utilizing database technologies, including architecting data structures for reporting and analysis. • SQL Queries: A minimum of 7 years of experience writing complex SQL queries. • MS BI Stack: At least 5 years of experience using the MS BI stack. • Reporting Tools: A minimum of 4 years of experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • ETL/ELT Tools: At least 3 years of experience working with ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory (ADF). • MS Fabric: Experience working with MS Fabric is a plus. • Industry Experience: Experience with the recruiting or executive search industry is a plus. • Critical Competencies: Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional collaborator and communicator who works well with cross-functional teams. • Initiative: Initiative-taker who is passionate about data and technology.
