• Analyze, design, and develop Salesforce databases to optimize and enhance platform capabilities and user experience. • Manage legacy Salesforce instances and contribute to the new best in class Salesforce instance. • Support the sales organization through the development of Salesforce Analytics (Einstein) and provide best practices for Sales and Service Clouds.

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience with the Salesforce platform and related technologies. • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Experience with Salesforce Analytics, CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, or Wave Analytics • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and workflow automation using declarative tools. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize database performance and address system issues. • Experience with database design principles, data modeling, and database administration within the Salesforce environment. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
