📋 Description
• Lead one or more AI solution deployments concurrently • Own end-to-end delivery execution • Partner with Consulting, Product, and Customer AI teams • Present at Executive Steering Committees • Support pre-sales activities • Coach and mentor Workday and partner resources • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Workday AI Delivery Framework • Facilitate the transition from deployment to steady-state operations
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience leading complex solution implementations • 3+ years' experience managing Workday deployments • 6+ years proven ability to manage cross-functional SaaS delivery • 6+ years engaging with executive stakeholders • Project Management Certification • Understanding of AI and ML concepts • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
