β’ 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and/or Account Manager, managing accounts from $100k-$500k ARR. β’ Vast experience owning full-cycle renewals from first presentations to negotiating payment terms β’ Possess executive presence to effectively influence and communicate with key decision-makers within our Enterprise customer tier β’ Experience identifying and qualifying customer growth opportunities and risk β’ Lead QBRs, EBRs & project manage WorkRamp-centric customer initiatives β’ Experience in SaaS, strong preference for early to mid-stage startups β’ Comfortable working with CxOs and managing a sales process β’ Strong coaching skills, technical aptitude, territory management skills, and attention to detail β’ Passion for the startup experience
