โ€ข The remote Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering world-class customer service by efficiently processing service orders, handling complex billing requests, and collaborating with other departments to resolve additional inquiries. โ€ข This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams by providing prompt, accurate support that fosters customer loyalty. โ€ข The Customer Care Specialist will address incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about products and services.

Requirements

โ€ข Must be able to multi-task and switch between different communication channels quickly and efficiently (email vs. phone) โ€ข Must be able to exhibit empathy and understanding over the phone and email โ€ข Must have a โ€œcustomer-centricโ€ attitude with an eagerness to provide world-class customer service โ€ข Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written correspondence โ€ข Strong attention to detail. โ€ข Flexibility to interact with changing customer types and exceed their needs; flexibility to ever changing environment of work volume, schedule changes, etc. โ€ข Process Compliance: Follows all documented processes & department policies to provide customer support โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience with salesforce.com is a plus
