โข The remote Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering world-class customer service by efficiently processing service orders, handling complex billing requests, and collaborating with other departments to resolve additional inquiries. โข This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams by providing prompt, accurate support that fosters customer loyalty. โข The Customer Care Specialist will address incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about products and services.
โข Must be able to multi-task and switch between different communication channels quickly and efficiently (email vs. phone) โข Must be able to exhibit empathy and understanding over the phone and email โข Must have a โcustomer-centricโ attitude with an eagerness to provide world-class customer service โข Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written correspondence โข Strong attention to detail. โข Flexibility to interact with changing customer types and exceed their needs; flexibility to ever changing environment of work volume, schedule changes, etc. โข Process Compliance: Follows all documented processes & department policies to provide customer support โข Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience with salesforce.com is a plus
