Requirements

•6+ years of product design experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role, ideally in adtech SaaS or AI-driven products •Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite) and user research methods •Portfolio demonstrating impactful design work and leadership on complex projects •Proven experience managing and mentoring design teams •Strong skills in user-centered design, interaction, visual design, and design systems •Collaborative experience with product, engineering, and data science teams •Strategic problem solver, simplifying complex AI-driven features for diverse users •Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and present design decisions
