Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Director of Film and TV Operations to join our innovative and fast-growing team. • In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute a cohesive strategy to optimize the efficiency and collaboration of our FTV Implementation, Production Accounting, Customer Success, and Union Paymasters teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer facing leadership role, preferably in the financial technology industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the film & tv entertainment industry required. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making. • Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Film and TV Union Payroll experience preferred • Experience working with Gainsight and/or Salesforce preferred • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
