Description

• Business Development Manager for Healthcare SaaS. • Seeking dynamic and results-oriented sales person to lead sales team. • Responsible for end-to-end sales process using consultative/solution selling approach. • Foster relationships with clients and understand their business challenges. • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion. • Monitor sales performance and analyze data for trends. • Maintain sales activities within HubSpot CRM. • Prepare reports for senior management and oversee sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. • Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions. • Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry. • Proficiency and proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows. • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment. • Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets. • Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making. • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results through collaboration and motivation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels.
