Description

• Principal Product Manager will deliver financial technology and services for Xometry's marketplace. • Responsible for payment services and enhancing customer experience. • Engage with stakeholders to build product roadmap. • Develop strategy for payments and financial systems. • Lead cross-functional initiatives for payment services and reporting tools. • Build and maintain roadmaps and backlogs. • Advocate for best practices in agile methodologies. • Mentoring peers and facilitating collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on payments, billing, and financial services systems. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. • Proven expertise in building or managing billing platforms or payment services. • Strong communication skills for complex concepts. • Experience balancing business outcomes, technical feasibility, and customer needs. • Hands-on experience using data to validate hypotheses and inform decisions. • Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Team player with a mission-driven attitude. • Must be a US citizen, green card holder, or legal permanent resident.
