Description

• Director of Advancement for the XPRIZE Foundation • Building and implementing a robust fundraising strategy • Integral part of the Advancement team

Requirements

• 7-10 years of successful, progressive experience in fundraising • Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising goals and strategically advancing new initiatives • Broad and deep knowledge of fundraising principles, including experience in grant writing and knowledge of DAFs • Experience and comfort in fundraising through partner organizations • Expertise in cultivation and solicitation for all levels of giving, ideally with experience securing commitments of $100,000+ • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as well travel (approximately 25%) as needed
