• The Manager, Ad Ops will support the sales and account management of Xsolla’s Ads clients. • Focus on onboarding new clients, managing integrations, and driving campaign optimization. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Publisher Relations to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth. • Xsolla empowers creators with resources to bring games to life, supporting innovation in gaming.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ad operations or technical account management • Strong technical aptitude with experience in integrations and campaign management • Proficiency in analyzing data sets for insights • Familiarity with BI tools and reporting platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable
