• Develop advanced AI solutions: Design and implement intelligent agents (e.g., ReAct), integrating tools, APIs, and data to automate processes and deliver business value; • Work with end-to-end autonomy: Provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle, from experimentation (RAG, embeddings, advanced prompting, fine-tuning) to productionalization of models; • Write excellent code: Develop in Python with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and software engineering best practices, ensuring production-ready quality; • Support the setup of LLMOps/GenAI Ops: Implement robust evaluation (evals) pipelines, versioning, and continuous monitoring for generative AI solutions; • Act as a day-to-day mentor: Support the technical development of mid-level and junior data scientists through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and pair programming; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work alongside data engineers, machine learning engineers, and architects to ensure models run efficiently on Databricks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field; • Proven, solid experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivery and the ability to solve complex analytical problems; • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), beyond proofs of concept (PoCs); • Strong proficiency in Python and data/ML libraries; • Established experience with Databricks (or similar big data environments) and proficiency in SQL; • Practical knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and deploying models to production (CI/CD, versioning with Git, etc.); • Ability to communicate results and technical challenges clearly to peers and leadership. • Considered a plus: • Prior experience building solutions with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI; • Experience implementing vector search architectures (Vector Databases) and complex RAG setups; • Strong background in software engineering applied to data; • Knowledge of guardrail strategies, governance, and techniques to mitigate hallucinations in LLMs.
