• We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. • In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. • From scheduling interviews to maintaining our applicant tracking system, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations. • This is a fully remote role in the U.S. for a candidate in the Central or Eastern time zone.
• 1-2 years of experience within the Talent Acquisition space. • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software such as Trakstar Hire, Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever. • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. • Experience working in a start-up/growth company a plus. • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites and comfort with learning new software and tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges. • Customer-service orientation, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
