β€’ Assist customers through phone and/or email inquiries, guiding them through the sales process using the ZenBusiness Sales Methodology. β€’ Provide customers and prospects with comprehensive information about ZenBusiness products and services. β€’ Maintain an engaged pipeline with prospective customers by setting future check-in appointments and follow-ups. β€’ Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with potential clients. β€’ Update and maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce during and after each customer contact. β€’ Stay updated on ZenBusiness products and services, as well as industry trends.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum High School Diploma/GED required. β€’ Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales metrics. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. β€’ A passion for learning and self-improvement.
