Your commitment to fostering positive relationships, whether with colleagues or customers, will help create an environment where everyone feels appreciated and valued. • About the Product Team: The product team plays a vital role in requirement elicitation to gain a clear understanding of stakeholder needs and subsequent prioritisation of those needs. Team members bridge the gap between the stakeholders and the scrum team, assisting with the development of valuable features which meets the needs of the stakeholders and the wider business. The team comprises of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and a Product Trainer all of whom work collaboratively with one another and especially with business users from other departments in the company.
