📋 Description

• Lead and continue to scale the NPI framework • Plan the quarterly go to market roadmap and set timelines • Manage the NPI lifecycle from intake to retrospective with strict accountability • Act as the primary orchestrator across key functional areas including Product Management, Sales & Sales Enablement, Customer Operations, and Marketing • Build and maintain the NPI framework for quarterly cycles • Define meeting cadences and coordinate formal kick-offs with cross-functional stakeholders • Track progress and report on milestones throughout the NPI lifecycle • Measure and report on on-time quarterly product launches and document lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing programs or projects, including familiarity with SaaS product environments and customer-facing program delivery • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Productboard, Confluence, Asana or similar)
