📋 Description

• Own and drive a portfolio of Workday transformation and implementation projects. • Report on programme status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. • Ensure successful Workday deployments while aligning business objectives. • Navigate complex organisational landscapes while ensuring governance and quality. • Manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors. • Provide executive reporting and steerco updates. • Support change management and business adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ programme/project management experience, including Workday implementations. • Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday deployments. • Strong knowledge of Workday delivery methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience managing complex, global programmes. • Strong capability in risk, issue, and governance management. • Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams. • Must be fluent in English.
