• You'll own infrastructure as a product, serving Atticus's product engineering teams as your customers. This means: • Shaping our infrastructure roadmap — developing a clear vision for where our infra needs to go and driving progress toward it • Building security and operational foundations — laying the groundwork for sustainable growth • Improving reliability — reducing MTTR, establishing SLOs, bringing rigor to how we manage outages • Empowering product teams — you'll build the platforms and tools that let them own their systems end-to-end
• 5+ years in infrastructure / SRE / platform engineering roles, with breadth across infra disciplines. We're looking for an infra generalist, not a deep specialist in one narrow area. • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) • Strong software engineering fundamentals. You approach infrastructure with a builder's mindset. • Technical breadth across infra domains: networking, security, observability, CI/CD, database operations, containerization. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything, just knowledgeable enough to be effective on a small team without other specialists. • Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems, though you don't need FAANG-scale experience.
• Medical and dental insurance with 100% of employee premiums covered • 15 vacation days & ~20 paid holidays each year (including two weeks at the end-of-year) • Free membership to OneMedical • $600/year internet stipend • $1,000 reimbursable stipend for education and training outside of work • Up to $1,200/year student loan repayment assistance • 401(k) and optional HSA/FSA • Humble, thoughtful, smart, fun colleagues
