📋 Description
• Lead a team to analyze sales data, review and interpret complex data sets • Evaluate market trends by conducting in-depth market research and analysis • Develop reporting strategy and drive team to build sales reports using PBI and Excel • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve lead scoring and customer insights • Support the sales team by improving GTM collaboration on account and product strategies • Provide actionable insights by delivering data-driven analysis • Collaborate with teams across departments to align sales initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analysis, or related field • 8+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related role • Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, Gong, SQL, and data visualization tools like PBI • Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and generative AI applications • Certifications in data analysis or CRM platforms are a plus • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
